Big Sandy Area Mugshots News understands that criminal cases can change after an arrest is first reported. If your charges were dropped, dismissed, expunged, or otherwise resolved in a way that supports removal, you may submit documentation for review.

We review valid removal requests based on official court records or other verifiable legal documentation.

You may request removal if you can provide proof showing one of the following:

• The charges were dismissed
• The charges were dropped
• The case was expunged
• The person was found not guilty
• The booking information was incorrect or misidentified

No Paid Mugshot Removal

Big Sandy Area Mugshots News does not accept payment to remove mugshots, booking records, arrest reports, or related posts.

Removal decisions are not based on money. Paying for removal is not an option.

How to Submit a Request

To request removal, please upload clear documentation showing the final outcome of the case. Acceptable proof may include court documents, dismissal orders, expungement orders, or other official records.

Please include:

• Your full name
• The link to the post you are requesting to have reviewed
• Official proof showing the charges were dropped, dismissed, expunged, or otherwise resolved
• A valid email address so we can contact you if more information is needed
• We reserve the right to deny requests involving serious public-interest matters.
